My Journey
My journey into this space was deeply personal.
Having seen close family members struggle with fertility challenges, I felt a strong need to understand how nutrition could play a meaningful role in supporting this phase of life. What began as curiosity soon became purpose, leading me to formally study specialised nutrition in fertility and pregnancy.
Before this, I spent years training and working as a professional chef, including time in New York. That experience shaped the way I approach nutrition today ā not just as guidelines on paper, but as meals that can actually be created, enjoyed, and sustained.
